Club 100 Raw Milk Legal Defence Fund

Dear Friends, Supporters and Shareholders of Glencolton Farms,

I write to you as part of a core group that has started the "100 Club Raw Milk Legal Defence Fund". The 100 Club is made up of one hundred members, or a group of members, that are willing to commit $1000 each to the legal defence fund for Glencolton Farms. It is essential that at this time we find practical ways to stand in solidarity with Michael and other organic biodynamic farmers that are protecting our right to consume healthy life giving food and healing the earth.

In reading the string of emails thus far, it is clear to me that the interest, support and energy generated by all of us are wonderful and play an essential part, however at some time we will have to render unto 'Caesar' what is his. That is in this case, pay the legal bill.

100 gifts of $1000.00 would make it possible for Michael to have Clayton Ruby a high profile lawyer to take on his case right until the end. Most importantly it would alleviate the necessity for having a string of small fund raising events that absorb our energy and intentions.

Please find the chart below with one hundred spaces showing the names of people who have helped so far. Currently there are 84 people signed up for the fund. There are only 16 spaces left, please join in and help us reach the target of $100,000.00.

I fully recognize that it is not easy to find a spare $1000 particularly at this time of year, maybe some families would be willing to join together in two's or three's or fours to enable this. If you need to you can send us post dated cheques.

Let us make this a wonderful gift celebrating the strength of our shared convictions, determination and will for making something happen in the world that is standing for a higher principle -the right to make choices about our health. This is an unusual cause and these are unusual times.

It is our hope that this would be an early Christmas present for Michael Schmidt, all those grand workers at Glencolton Farms, all the shareholders in the farm, all the supporters and believers in the freedom to make fully informed choices for themselves and their families.

did you know that the marketing milk board has trade mark the word MILK ?
now you can not say rice milk,soya milk,almond milk,I wonder why perhaps they want total controll
or total greed.
or is it because the raw milk, is making them nervus another tactic of control to block raw milk.

I hope this farm and others like it get shut down for good. You exploit animals, you destroy the environment and you provide "food" that's destroying the health of the human population!

Make somebody sick with raw milk, get sued. I don't see a problem.
