Letter to Dr. Karim Kurji

Here is a letter that a supporter of raw milk sent to Dr. Karim Kurji, Associate Medical Officer of Health who spoke out earlier this week against the consumption of raw milk. Dear Doctor Karim, What interest do you have in doing such a smear campaign on raw milk? Was there a personal tragedy in your life, is the Dairy Marketing Board buying your vacations this Christmas? There is no doubt that a rich food source such as milk CAN be a carrier of negative bacteria, given the right (negative) conditions. However test after test after test on organic and biodynamic farms in Canada and the USA have not shown evidence of these toxic overgrowths. So why are you disseminating fear to the public? The pharmaceutical industry is toxic, and human beings have the right to opt out of the industrial/medico-complex if they so desire. This is what we will be telling parliament forcefully on December 7th, when conservative MPP Bill Murdoch proposes a bill to legalize sale of raw milk on small scale organic farms. Such a small percentage of the population even KNOWS about raw milk.. but that segment experiences firsthand it's many health benefits. Like in countries such as India, we find it to be a sacred and life giving bio-available source of major and minor nutrients. At the very least.. issue an apology to Canada's health community for having made such FALSE LIES appear legitimate by putting your Doctor's degree behind them. Honestly.. how can you sleep peacefully at night until this issue is successfully resolved, and your own conscience assuaged!!
