Nature's Perfect Food: Raw Milk

In 1938, the Milk Act was passed in Ontario, rendering raw milk illegal. Since that time, it has been very difficult for consumers to obtain this very health-giving, nutritious food. Raw milk farmer and crusader, Michael Schmidt, will describe the many attributes of raw milk and why nature's perfect food has become the target of so much controversy. Michael will explain why there is an increasing demand for raw milk and why there is so much resistance by public health officials to accept the fact that raw milk can be safely produced. He will update the audience about his upcoming trial, which has gained both national and international attention. Given the growing number of raw milk consumers throughout North America, it is clear that, regardless of the outcome of Michael's trial, they are not going away. Public Health Officials, politicians and health practitioners are cordially invited!
