The Second Day Of Christmas - Message from Michael
Dear Friends of Glencolton Farms and Supporters of Freedom of Choice:

Several issues have become clearer to me over time as we all have more time to listen and explore options, strategies and plans of action.

We know that our website is carefully read  by the so-called other side, and that is good. It shows that we are not afraid, it shows that we are open and it shows that we are concerned, that we are able to express ourselves with clarity.

My ongoing talks with farmers and consumers support my personal conviction that we need to keep going to identify the real issues. It makes no sense to fall into the same pattern of polarisation to justify our stand.

No, No, No. The issues are far too serious and too far reaching to merely play politics. It is part of a fundamental reality that we, as non- legislators, need to be active, audible and visible in order to be able to convince Parliament to implement changes. It is up to us, nobody else.

So my friends, no blaming; instead, we need to do a lot of detail work.

The momentum is ours and that is very powerful.

I am very optimistic.

With respect,

Michael Schmidt
